The posting

Objetivo

Executar as rotinas de planejamento, orçamento, apuração de custos e análise de resultados da Emape Alimentos, assegurando a integridade, confiabilidade e tempestividade dos dados econômico-financeiros no sistema TOTVS Protheus, atuando de forma tática e analítica para subsidiar a gestão e a tomada de decisão da liderança e assegurar e disseminar o cumprimento dos valores da EMAPE Respeito, Inovação, Honestidade, União e Compromisso.

Principais Atividades

Planejamento e Orçamento (Budget / Forecast):

  • Apoiar a elaboração, consolidação e o acompanhamento do orçamento anual (Orçado x Realizado), identificando desvios e elaborando análises explicativas por centro de custo e unidade de negócio.
  • Desenvolver e atualizar modelos de forecast e projeções econômico-financeiras.

Análise de Resultados e Indicadores:

· Consolidar os resultados gerenciais (DRE Gerencial, Balancetes e KPIs de rentabilidade).

· Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, apresentações executivas e dashboards para suporte à diretoria e gestores de áreas.

Custos e Processos Industriais/Operacionais:

  • Analisar a apuração de custos industriais, logísticos e administrativos, confrontando os custos reais com os padrões do sistema.
  • Investigar variações de custos de produção, consumo de matérias-primas e eficiência operacional.

Atuação com TOTVS Protheus (Sistêmica):

  • Operar, parametrizar e auditar os módulos do TOTVS Protheus (com forte domínio em Contabilidade Gerencial - SIGACTB, Planejamento e Controle Orçamentário - SIGAPCO, Financeiro - SIGAFIN, Estoque/Custos e Faturamento).
  • Garantir a correta amarração de lançamentos padrões, centros de custo, classes de valor e a integridade da integração entre os módulos operacionais e a contabilidade.
  • Atuar como referência técnica interna para solução de inconsistências e melhoria contínua dos processos no ERP.

Compliance e Fechamento:

  • Participar do processo de fechamento contábil e gerencial mensal.
  • Assegurar a aderência às normas contábeis, fiscais e políticas internas da companhia.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Formação Acadêmica: Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas, Economia ou Engenharia da Produção. Pós-graduação / MBA em Controladoria, Finanças ou Gestão Empresarial será um diferencial.
  • Experiência Profissional: Sólida vivência anterior em funções de Controladoria, Planejamento Financeiro (FP&A) ou Custos, preferencialmente no setor de agronegócio, alimentício ou industrial.
  • Domínio Técnico Obrigatório:
  • Domínio avançado do TOTVS Protheus (módulos de Controladoria, Custos, Contabilidade e Orçamento).
