Är du socionom med flera års erfarenhet av biståndshandläggning inom äldreomsorgen? Vill du ta ett avgränsat uppdrag där din erfarenhet gör skillnad direkt? Nu söker vi en biståndshandläggare till ett sexmånadersuppdrag på Gotland. Om uppdraget Socialförvaltningen behöver förstärkning inom biståndshandläggning för äldre. Du utreder och bedömer rätten till insatser enligt socialtjänstlagen (2025:400), 11 kap. 1 § SoL. I arbetet ingår att: ta emot ansökningar, hålla utredningsmöten och göra hembesök inhämta underlag, skriva utredningar och lämna förslag till beslut om bland annat hemtjänst, trygghetslarm, korttidsboende och särskilt boende följa upp beviljade insatser samverka med den enskilde, närstående, utförare och andra aktörer

Kommunen använder Treserva och arbetar enligt IBIC. Omfattning: 100 %, vardagar Start: mellan 1 december 2026 och 31 januari 2027 Längd: sex månader, med möjlighet till förlängning med upp till tre månader Plats: Gotland. Fysisk närvaro krävs varje vecka, och delvis distansarbete kan diskuteras med regionen.

Som konsult kan du välja längre eller kortare uppdrag, och om du vill arbeta nära hemmet eller resa. Hos oss får du tydliga villkor, en personlig kontakt och stöd från första dagen till sista. Du väljer själv vilka uppdrag du tar, och vi sköter avtal, kundkontakt och administration. Vem är du? Du är en erfaren handläggare som snabbt kommer in i en ny verksamhet och tar ansvar för din ärendeportfölj från början. Du arbetar självständigt, planerar ditt arbete väl och skriver utredningar som håller. Som person är du flexibel och lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta med nya kollegor. För uppdraget krävs att du har: socionomexamen minst tre års erfarenhet av biståndshandläggning inom äldreomsorg enligt SoL, på minst 75 % tjänstgöringsgrad och någon gång under de senaste fem åren (erfarenhet enligt tidigare SoL räknas) god kunskap om SoL, relevant rättspraxis samt regler för handläggning, dokumentation och sekretess god kunskap och erfarenhet av IBIC goda kunskaper i Treserva/Mitt Treserva körkort B och möjlighet att köra bil i tjänsten svenska på hög nivå i tal och skrift, med vana att skriva utredningar och juridiska texter god datorvana, till exempel Microsoft Office
