The posting

We're looking for an End User Computing Manager to build and improve the workplace technology environment across EMCD. We need proactive and hands-on, who can own employee devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, IAM, asset management, onboarding/offboarding automation, and the overall digital employee experience.

You'll work closely with Security, IT, vendors, and business teams to make sure employees have secure, reliable, and convenient access to the tools they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve the end-user technology environment: laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, Google Workspace, Slack
  • Manage IAM, SSO, access policies, and secure access to key SaaS applications
  • Build and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocation
  • Manage endpoint security and device lifecycle across remote and distributed teams
  • Maintain asset management processes: hardware inventory, regular reviews, lifecycle replacement
  • Oversee Service Desk and support operations, ensuring fast and high-quality issue resolution
  • Manage vendors, SaaS providers, licenses, and contracts to avoid unused or overlapping tools
  • Standardize EUC processes across the company and drive self-service, automation, and zero-touch provisioning

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT, including 3–5 years in End User Computing, Workplace Technology, IT Support Management, Client Services, or Desktop Engineering
  • Experience with MDM / UEM tools such as Jamf, Google Endpoint Management, Workspace ONE, or similar
  • Understanding of endpoint operating systems: macOS, Windows, mobile platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration
  • Experience with ITSM processes and tools: incident, asset, change management; Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Ability to work with vendors and managed service providers
  • Proactive approach to identify problems and improve processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience with IAM, SSO, IdP, access management
  • Experience with self-service portals, Slack bots, or automated IT workflows
  • Experience standardizing user environments during M&A or company scaling

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote work from anywhere in the world
  • Flexible working hours focused on results
  • 20 working days of vacation + 12 additional bonus days
  • Paid sick leave with no bureaucracy
  • Compensation for courses, certifications, and training programs
  • Real ownership of workplace technology in a fast-growing crypto ecosystem

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
