Work Location: Riyadh

Nationality: Saudi

  • Holds an accredited diploma in Computer Technical Support, Computer Software, or equivalent, with a grade of "Very Good" or higher.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to provide technical support for computers.
  • Ability to interact with network users and resolve issues arising during the operation of network components or computers.
  • Proficiency in dealing with end-users (internal or external).
  • Ability to install, operate, and maintain computer components.
  • Ability to monitor computer performance.
  • Ability to understand emerging technologies and install/operate office applications and other software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network or computer-related issues.
  • Ability to handle, install, and provide technical support for network phones (VoIP).
  • Possession of accredited professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, A+, HCNA, Network+, etc.) is preferred.
  • Ability to work with support and operational software for managing network systems and other systems.
  • Ensuring business continuity in accordance with established standards.
  • Preparing troubleshooting reports and creating presentations.
  • Maximizing computer and network readiness by ensuring continuous equipment maintenance through preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Performing other required tasks and duties that serve the department's interests.

  • حاصل على دبلوم معتمد في الدعم الفني للحاسب أو برمجيات الحاسب أو ما يعادلها بتقدير لا يقل عن جيد جدا
  • لا يشترط وجود خبرة
  • قدرة على تقديم الدعم الفني لأجهزة الحواسيب
  • القدرة على التعامل مع مستخدمي الشبكة وحل المشاكل التي تطرأ أثناء عملية تشغيل مكونات الشبكة او الحواسيب.
  • إجادة فن التعامل مع المستفيدين سواء كان المستفيد داخلي او خارجي.
  • القدرة على تركيب وتشغيل مكونات الحاسب وصيانتها.
  • القدرة على مراقبة أداء الحواسيب.
  • القدرة على فهم التقنيات المستجدة وتركيب وتشغيل التطبيقات المكتبية وغيرها.
  • القدرة على استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشاكل المتعلقة بالشبكة او الحواسيب.
  • التعامل مع الهواتف الشبكية والقدرة على تركيبها وتقديم الدعم الفني لها (VOIP)
  • يفضل أن يكون حاصل على شهادات احترافية معتمدة مثل CCNA / A+ / HCNA / network plus وغيرها.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع البرمجيات المساندة والتشغيلية في إدارة أنظمة الشبكات والأنظمة الأخرى.
  • ضمان استمرارية الأعمال ضمن المعايير المحددة.
  • إعداد تقارير حل مشكلات الأعطال وعمل العروض التقديمية.
  • رفع مستوى جاهزية الحواسيب والشبكة وذلك بالتأكد من الصيانة المستمرة للمعدات باتباع اجراءات الصيانة الوقائية.
  • إنجاز أي مهام وأعمال أخرى متطلبة بما يخدم مصلحة الإدارة.
