Compugroup Medical recherche un Product Project Manager – H/F

Qui sommes-nous ?

Intermedix France, filiale du groupe CompuGroup Medical (CGM), l’un des leaders mondiaux de la e-santé, conçoit et commercialise des solutions de communication, de marketing et des projets digitaux destinés aux acteurs du secteur de la santé.

Spécialistes de la communication médicale digitale, nous déployons nos solutions directement au sein des logiciels utilisés quotidiennement par les professionnels de santé afin de diffuser la bonne information, au bon moment et auprès de la bonne cible.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Recueillir et comprendre les besoins de la force commerciale Intermedix et des clients, et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Piloter les projets de bout en bout : cadrage, planification, coordination, développement, tests, validation et mise en production.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes commerciales, les clients et les équipes techniques, en France et à l’international.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes Business Units du groupe pour intégrer et configurer les solutions Intermedix au sein des logiciels et services numériques.
  • Participer à l’évolution technique des produits Intermedix et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des solutions.
  • Participer aux projets et réflexions autour de l’IA et de la Data, notamment pour identifier de nouveaux usages et opportunités d’évolution des produits.
  • Assurer le suivi des développements et garantir la fluidité des échanges jusqu’à la livraison : « Get Things Done ».
  • Piloter environ 5 projets simultanément, sur des cycles allant de 1 à 6 mois.

Compétences recherchées :

  • Solide maîtrise de la gestion de projet digital / IT / produit et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Capacité à recueillir un besoin métier et à le traduire en besoins fonctionnels et techniques.
  • Maîtrise des outils JIRA et Confluence.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements digitaux, logiciels et techniques.
  • Sensibilité et intérêt pour les sujets Intelligence Artificielle et Data.
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de planification et de priorisation.
  • Très bonnes qualités de communication et de coordination, avec des interlocuteurs métiers, commerciaux, techniques et clients.
  • Proactivité, autonomie et esprit intrapreneur, avec une forte orientation résultats.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable pour collaborer avec les équipes internationales.
