The posting

Para uno de nuestros clientes, un importante despacho de abogados ubicado en la Costa del Sol, buscamos perfiles administrativos(as) con dominio de al menos alguno de los idiomas listados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la recepción y envío de correspondencia.
  • Traducir documentos legales y correspondencia del inglés al español y viceversa.
  • Mantener archivos y bases de datos actualizados y organizados.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas y gestionar agendas de citas.
  • Realizar tareas generales de oficina, como la preparación de documentos y la gestión de suministros.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en roles administrativos, preferiblemente en un entorno legal.
  • Dominio del español, inglés y uno de los siguientes idiomas: holandés, sueco, polaco y alemán.
  • Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
