About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Builder/Manager to grow our semiconductor offering. You will own the end-to-end experience for a state-of-the art agentic product offering working with a team that embraces and AI-first approach to product management and engineering. You will own the Domain Packs and use-case roadmap that bring AI agents into fab, yield, test and quality workflows. You will own your product area end to end, from discovery to release. You will also prototype new workflows yourself with AI tools. Domain depth matters more to us than years of product management experience. A process, yield or test engineer who builds with AI and wants to move into product is a strong fit.

You'll

  • Own the semiconductor Domain Pack and use-case roadmap, from discovery through release and adoption.
  • Work directly with fab, yield and test engineers at customer sites to find the problems worth solving.
  • Develop the product strategy that allows us to systematically fill the landscape of value generating workflows and AI-based analytics for the semiconductor industry, including prizing models and customer value estimators.
  • Prototype new agent workflows yourself with the help of AI coding tools and write the brief and eval set that define success.
  • Research established semiconductor software (yield management, test analytics, manufacturing execution and quality systems) and turn what you learn into our expansion strategy.
  • Decide which customer requests become reusable product and which stay as configuration or services.
  • Work with Solutions, Engineering and Design in a small pod; present progress at the weekly demo review.
  • Define and track outcome metrics such as workflows in production, usage, and customer adoption

You'll Have

  • 3–7 years in semiconductors (process, yield, test, product or quality engineering, or EDA/manufacturing software), or in product management for semiconductor or industrial software. Exceptional early-career candidates with hands-on fab experience are welcome.
  • You build with AI tools every day and can show prototypes, agents or automations you have made.
  • Able to talk credibly with fab engineers and translate their work into product decisions.
  • Comfortable with data: SQL, Python or analytics tools for wafer, test or equipment data.
  • Clear writer; you prefer a short brief and a working prototype to a long document.
  • Self-directed, with a bias for evidence: you put things in front of users early.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with yield management, test or manufacturing execution systems.
  • Experience writing evals or prompts for LLM-based applications.
  • A customer-facing background in applications engineering, field engineering or solutions.
  • An advanced degree in electrical engineering, materials science, physics or a related field.
