  • Supervise daily sales activities for ambulance, medical transport and event first aid services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, healthcare institutions, nursing homes and event organisers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements, and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Assign sales targets, guide sales staff and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain customer relationships and handle service-related enquiries.
