  • Revisar el programa diario de operaciones para asignar las actividades conforme al puesto de trabajo y demanda o necesidades de los clientes.
  • Detectar y dar seguimiento a desviaciones dentro de la operación, brindar alternativas de solución, las cuales deben ser reportadas directamente al Ejecutivo de Operaciones para la toma de decisiones.
  • Asegurar que los registros operativos se realicen en tiempo y forma en el sistema.
  • Garantizar que su equipo cuente con todas las herramientas necesarias para el funcionamiento de la operación y que éstas se encuentren en óptimas condiciones para su uso, de lo contrario solicitar el servicio a departamentos correspondientes para su corrección.
  • Garantizar la ejecución de los programas operativos con base a los estándares y lineamientos de seguridad y calidad
  • Establecer el plan de acomodo de producto de clientes dentro del almacén conforme a la especificación o tipo de especie a almacenar, que a su vez pueda ayudar en un mejor flujo operativo.
  • Administración y control de gastos para optimización de los recursos (mano de obra, playo, etiquetas, tarimas, material de limpieza, termómetros, etc.).
  • Realizar y validar el cumplimiento al llenado del formato de entrega de fin de turno.
  • Dar seguimiento y gestionar con las áreas correspondientes la corrección de desviaciones o anomalías presentes en equipo móvil, infraestructura, o herramienta de trabajo.
  • Garantizar y asegurar que se cumplan los protocolos de Seguridad para prevenir incidentes y/o accidentes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de BPM´s (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura), ejecución y registro de POES.
  • Cumplimiento de Indicadores (Sistema Accellos-Korber, Seguridad, Calidad, Rotación, etc..)
  • Garantizar el uso correcto y la preservación de las herramientas que se le asignen para la ejecución de sus actividades (Hand held, termómetro, Tablet, equipo de computo, celular).
  • Ejecutar otras funciones solicitadas y/o delegadas acordes a su puesto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los Valores de la Cultura ECLA y ser promotor de ellos.
