Le projet en quelques mots :

L’équipe Data Platform construit et maintient les infrastructures et les pipelines de données qui rendent la donnée fiable, accessible et exploitable pour alimenter les analyses et les produits des équipes.

Nous accompagnons l'équipe Data Platform dans le cadre du basculement de la plateforme analytique de notre filiale britannique (actuellement sur Azure Synapse) vers le stack data de l'entreprise : Snowflake, Fivetran et Airflow (MWAA).

L'enjeu principal est d'assurer une migration efficace selon le principe « migrate first, improve second » : on traduit et bascule d'abord le code existant en natif Snowflake avant d'envisager des chantiers de refonte avec les équipes sur place.

Tes missions :

  • Reprise des pipelines et flux d'ingestion : Traiter les 15 pipelines Azure Data Factory (sources variées : API SaaS, bases SQL Server, SharePoint, fichiers) en reconstruisant l'ingestion via Fivetran / CDC ou via des scripts d’extractions incrémentales.
  • Réécriture de code : Convertir environ 200 procédures stockées T-SQL vers Snowflake (ainsi qu'une couche légère en Spark) en s'appuyant sur des outils LLM pour accélérer la traduction du code et la création des tests.
  • Recette & Transfert : Réaliser les runs parallèles et la réconciliation des données pour garantir une parité parfaite avec les reportings actuels. Assurer la documentation et le transfert de connaissances auprès de l'équipe UK.

Ton profil :

  • Solide maîtrise de Snowflake et Airflow.
  • Expérience pratique sur la réécriture de procédures stockées T-SQL / MS SQL vers Snowflake (SCD2, transactions, boucles, MERGE).
  • Pratique récente des LLM pour traduire du code et générer des tests sur un projet de migration.
  • Maîtrise des sujets d'ingestion incrémentale (delta / watermark).
  • Anglais courant (échanges réguliers avec l'équipe UK à prévoir).
  • Autonomie et posture proactive.
  • Les plus : Connaissances sur Spark/PySpark, Fivetran, Azure Synapse ou Data Factory.

Informations pratiques/Process :

  • Lieu/Rythme : La Défense (2 jours par semaine sur site) + Télétravail.
  • Durée : Mission de 3 mois (démarrage fin octobre, renouvellement possible).
  • TJM : entre 600 et 750 maximum selon seniorité
  • Parcours de recrutement : premier entretien avec Chloé notre tech recruiter, second entretien avec Paul le N+1.
