  • Utilize Orgvue and workforce analytics to evaluate organizational health, spans and layers, workforce capacity, talent implications, and organizational effectiveness opportunities.
  • Facilitate organization design discussions, develop recommendations and implementation plans, and support leaders through organizational change and restructuring efforts.
  • Partner with HR GBS on special projects and initiatives related to GBS.
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leaders, while independently managing multiple initiatives and driving results in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
