This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, leaders, candidates, and visitors, helping deliver a positive employee experience through responsive support, accurate data management, and effective coordination of HR processes.

In this position, you will support recruiting, onboarding, attendance administration, HR systems, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, pre-employment processes, new hire orientation, and training completion tracking.
  • Administer attendance-related processes, maintain attendance records and documentation, prepare reports, and support related communications and corrective action procedures.
  • Enter, maintain, audit, and update employee information across HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and distribute workforce-related reports, including attendance, staffing, headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Maintain confidential employee records, prepare employment-related documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and record-retention requirements.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, HR projects, departmental communications, and administrative activities that contribute to an efficient and collaborative workplace.

Who You Are: You build positive relationships by delivering responsive and customer-focused support to a diverse group of stakeholders. You effectively balance multiple priorities, maintain a high level of accuracy, and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and professionally, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different audiences while handling sensitive information with discretion. You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of administrative, customer service, office support, or human resources experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
