Polymechaniker CNC-Fräsen (m/w/d)

Für unsere mechanische Fertigung an unserem Standort in Sissach (BL) suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Polymechaniker CNC-Fräsen (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienen und Überwachen unseres Fastems-FMS mit drei CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Selbstständiges erfassen und planen der Fertigungsaufträge im FMS
  • Bestücken und Einrichten der Vorrichtungen
  • Bereitstellen und Vermessen der benötigten Werkzeuge am Zoller-Voreinstellgerät
  • Durchführen der vorgeschriebenen Qualitätskontrollen an der Messmaschine
  • Fertigen von Klein- und Grossserien
  • Nachbearbeiten der gefertigten Produkte
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung, idealerweise im Bereich Fräsen
  • Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick
  • Freude an der mechanischen Fertigung
  • Selbstständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb
