  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects.
  • Contribute to code reviews and incorporate feedback from peers and mentors.
  • Document technical decisions, design considerations, and implementation details.
  • Build familiarity with cloud technologies, containerized applications, and modern software development practices.
  • Learn and apply security, reliability, and compliance requirements throughout the software lifecycle.

Who You Are:

You are passionate about software development and eager to learn from experienced engineers. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with others, and continuously improving your technical skills. You take ownership of assigned work, seek feedback, and approach challenges with curiosity and persistence. You value high-quality software, strong teamwork, and continuous improvement. You are excited to grow your career while contributing to products that help engineers and manufacturers operate more efficiently.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant industry experience; recent graduates, December 2026 grads, or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience with at least one modern programming language such as C#, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C++.
  • Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Internship, co-op, personal project, open-source software development experience, or early-career professional experience.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with web application development and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of microservice-based application architecture and distributed systems concepts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
