Job Summary

Create positive guest experiences and foster a supportive work environment by managing food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Lead and develop staff, handle guest and staff concerns effectively, and coordinate Food & Beverage operations to drive team performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication with personnel at all levels to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
  • Handle guest and staff complaints courteously and resolve issues effectively
  • Settle guest transactions accurately using the Food & Beverage Operational System (POS)
  • Coordinate strategic and operational Food & Beverage activities to meet business goals
  • Train and develop outlet staff to maximize individual and team performance
  • Lead and inspire team members to foster commitment and collaboration
  • Inspect service stations for cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adequate supplies
  • Present bills upon guest request and process payments efficiently
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet operational demands
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as required by management
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement and positive interactions with customers
