Werken in Emiliani Emiliani is een dynamische en innovatieve voorziening met de hoofdzetel in Lokeren en met meerdere huizen in Lokeren, Zaffelare en Waasmunster. We zoeken voortdurend naar manieren om de dagelijkse ondersteuning aan volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking niet alleen te garanderen, maar ook te verbeteren. Samen met de cliënten en hun netwerk bekijken we hoe hun leven vorm kan krijgen op het vlak van wonen, werken en vrije tijd. Samenwerking en dialoog staan centraal: samen bereik je meer, met respect voor ieders eigenheid en talenten.

Binnen Emiliani staan innovatie, betrokkenheid en continue verbetering centraal. We bieden maatwerk en zetten in op een warme, persoonsgerichte benadering. Ruim 300 collega’s bouwen elke dag mee aan een zorgzame en verbindende organisatiecultuur, waar het welzijn van zowel cliënten als medewerkers vooropstaat.

Werken als teamcoach op de GraandrevenAls teamcoach schep je een omgeving waarin jouw teamleden kunnen leren en groeien en waarin ze hun persoonlijke doelen kunnen waarmaken.

Je balanceert tussen de verschillende rollen:

- Leider: je zorgt dat het team het doel voor ogen houdt; dat het team werkt binnen de visie van Emiliani én dat het team elkaar vindt als collega’s - Manager: je geeft collega’s de kans om te groeien en verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen afhankelijk van hun competenties; je biedt hen de ruimte die ze nodig hebben om te kunnen groeien in hun opdracht - Coach: je zorgt ervoor dat jouw teamleden hun competenties inzetten en erop aangesproken worden; je geeft feedback op een open en constructieve manier

Als teamcoach ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het voorbereiden en voorzitten van de teamvergadering - Het uurrooster - Het voeren van functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken met jouw teamleden - Het verbinden van jouw team met de brede organisatie en met externen

Naast de rol van teamcoach draai je ook mee in de 2 woningen:

In Graandreef 1 en 2 wonen volwassenen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking. Hun ernstig tot diep verstandelijke beperking gaat vaak gepaard met bijkomende problemen zoals epilepsie, communicatieve moeilijkheden of slikstoornissen. Wie daar werkt, houdt van het verzorgende werk en vindt het leuk om basale en belevingsgerichte activiteiten te bieden. Je werkt intensief samen met verpleging, logopedist, kinesist, hulpmiddelencoördinator,…

- Je bent in het bezit van een sociaal-agogisch bachelorsdiploma - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar dienstanciënniteit in de sector - Je werkt vroegdiensten (vanaf 6u30) en laatdiensten (tot 21u30) - Elke donderdag werk je een dagdienst i.f.v. teamcoachtaken, eventueel nog een tweede dagdienst per week in te plannen - Je werkt 1 op de 2 weekends - Aanwerving is mogelijk na het voorleggen van een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister (model 595 Sv – algemeen model), het uittreksel mag maximaal één maand oud zijn op het moment van voorlegging
