Wir bei eMinded, einer Onlinemarketingagentur mit Fokus auf Performancemarketing, suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der unser Team im Bereich Social Media und Content Creation verstärkt. Bei uns bekommst Du echte Verantwortung – keine Kaffee-Praktikantenstelle.

Deine Rolle bei uns

Social Media & Video

  • Du bespielst unsere Kanäle auf TikTok, Instagram und LinkedIn – von der Content-Idee bis zum fertigen Post
  • Du filmst und schneidest unseren Podcast sowie LinkedIn-Live-Formate und kümmerst Dich um die komplette Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Du hast ein Gespür für plattformspezifische Formate und Trends und weißt, was auf welchem Kanal funktioniert

Internes Marketing & Content

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Aufbereitung und Verbreitung von internen Marketingprojekten und -materialien
  • Du gibst unserer Website den Feinschliff und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Texte nicht nur informieren, sondern auch begeistern
  • Du spürst aktuelle Trends und Themen im Onlinemarketing auf und bringst frischen Wind in unseren Content

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) – idealerweise in Marketing, Kommunikation, Mediendesign, Medienwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Du bist sicher in der Videoerstellung und -bearbeitung (Reels, Shorts, Podcast-Schnitt) und weißt, wie man guten Content auf TikTok, Instagram und LinkedIn macht
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und bringst eigene Ideen ein
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Social Media-Bereich sind willkommen, aber kein Muss
