Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst Marktchancen, beobachtest Branchentrends und Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickelst daraus innovative Produktideen für unsere Baby-Schlafprodukte und Bekleidung.
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife, erstellst technische Produktkonzepte, optimierst Schnitte und Maßtabellen und entwickelst Lösungen für eine hochwertige, langlebige und produktsichere Verarbeitung.
  • Du koordinierst die Entwicklung und Bemusterung neuer Produkte, bewertest Prototypen und leitest daraus Optimierungen hinsichtlich Funktion, Qualität, Passform und Nutzererlebnis ab.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Lieferanten zusammen, stimmst technische Anforderungen ab und begleitest die Umsetzung neuer Produktkonzepte bis zur Produktionsreife.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen, entwickelst Prüfkonzepte und begleitest interne sowie externe Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsprüfungen.
  • Du analysierst gesetzliche und normative Anforderungen, bewertest neue Produktideen hinsichtlich Produktsicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit und leitest daraus konkrete Entwicklungsanforderungen ab.
  • Du koordinierst relevante Zertifizierungen und Nachweise, insbesondere GOTS, OEKO-TEX® und weitere produktspezifische Standards.
  • Du analysierst Kundenfeedback, Retourengründe und Reklamationen und nutzt die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Supply Chain zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss entlang des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses.

Das bringst du mit

  • ein Studium im Bereich Textil-/Bekleidungstechnik, Produktentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mindestens drei Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, Textiltechnik oder im Qualitätsmanagement von Textilprodukten
  • ein gutes Gespür für Produktdetails, Materialien, Verarbeitungstechniken und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Kenntnisse relevanter gesetzlicher und normativer Anforderungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Produktsicherheit und Zertifizierungen
  • sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Designprogrammen (Illustrator, Photoshop) sowie MS Office
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • einen bahnbrechenden Spirit, Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Produkte kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
