Nous recherchons un.e Responsable de magasin (m/f/x) pour l’un de nos deux nouveaux magasins à Paris. Tu prendras la tête d'une équipe de taille moyenne dans un magasin à haute ambition chiffre commerciale. C'est l'occasion rêvée de piloter l'ouverture d'un nouveau magasin et de bâtir ton équipe à partir d’une feuille blanche.

Tes missions:

  • Tu seras responsable de notre magasin Parisien et du succès de ton équipe.
  • Tu analyseras les KPIs et élaboreras avec ton équipe des plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés.
  • Tu coacheras ton équipe afin d’apporter un haut niveau de rigourosité tout en garantissant une expérience client irréprochable.
  • Tu coordonneras la collaboration avec les prestataires externes pour assurer un fonctionnement fluide du magasin.
  • Tu garderas un œil sur les tendances d'achat et les comportements clients pour en tirer des décisions pertinentes.
  • Tu mettras en œuvre les standards de merchandising visuel avec rigueur, pour garantir une image de magasin représentant l’image de marque Emma.
  • Tu assureras la gestion des appréciations digitales liées au magasin et aux avis clients avec une maitrise affirmée

Ton Profil:

  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience minimum en tant que responsable de magasin dans le secteur du retail.
  • Des résultats prouvés en matière de croissance du chiffre d'affaires et de pilotage des KPIs.
  • Une expérience dans le management et le coaching d'une équipe de taille moyenne dans un magasin à fort volume de ventes.
  • Une expérience dans le conseil client personnalisé et la gestion de produits premiums.
  • Un français courant et un niveau bon niveau d’anglais est exigé.
