Conseiller·ère en prévoyance et assurances

Dans cette fonction, vous accompagnez une clientèle variée composée de clients privés, d’entreprises et de profils internationaux. Vous analysez des situations personnelles, professionnelles et patrimoniales parfois complexes afin d’identifier les besoins en matière de prévoyance, de protection, d’assurances et de planification financière. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité de l’accompagnement, en apportant une vision transversale et une réelle valeur ajoutée au conseil. Vous démarrez avec un portefeuille client attractif, que vous développez activement, tout en contribuant à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et à la construction de relations de confiance durables. Autonome dans l’organisation de votre activité, vous évoluez dans un environnement structuré, collaboratif et respectueux du cadre réglementaire. Que vous soyez professionnel·le confirmé·e ou en début de parcours dans le domaine des assurances, vous bénéficiez d’un accompagnement structuré et de formations continues.

Vous apportez:

  • Une formation commerciale, financière ou dans le domaine des assurances, ou une qualification jugée équivalente.
  • La certification AFA, conformément aux exigences réglementaires en vigueur.
  • Une première expérience dans le conseil, la vente, les assurances ou la prévoyance, ou une réelle motivation à vous reconvertir dans ce métier.
  • Un intérêt prononcé pour la protection financière, la prévoyance et l’accompagnement des clients dans leurs projets à long terme.
  • Une bonne maîtrise des outils numériques, ainsi qu’une approche rigoureuse et organisée des tâches administratives.

  • Sens de l’écoute et capacité à instaurer une relation de confiance.
  • Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs·rices varié·e·s (cadres et partenaires externes).
  • Vision globale et aptitude à relier différentes dimensions du conseil.
  • Organisation, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
  • Orientation client et aisance relationnelle.
  • La maîtrise du français est indispensable ; toute autre langue constitue un atout.
  • Le poste requiert une présence durable à Genève ou dans sa région, attestant d’un fort ancrage local et d’un réseau genevois établi, ainsi qu’en possession d’un permis de conduire.
