DEINE VERANTWORTUNG

Als Mitarbeiter/in Backoffice sorgst Du dafür, dass bei uns alles reibungslos läuft – vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zum fertigen Dokument. Bei uns wird es Dir nie langweilig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Reibungsloser Ablauf des Backoffice, von der Kundenbetreuung bis zur Telefonzentrale
  • Sekretariatsaufgaben, z. B. Weiterleiten von Korrespondenz, Steuererklärungen und Jahresrechnungen
  • Überarbeitung von Abschluss\- und Revisionsunterlagen sowie Jahresrechnungen
  • Berichte, Korrespondenz und Präsentationen
  • Terminkoordination, Datenpflege und digitales Archiv
  • Leistungserfassung und Mithilfe bei der Fakturierung
  • Stellvertretung der Leitung Backoffice

Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung Backoffice zusammen und stellst deren Stellvertretung sicher. So übernimmst Du Verantwortung für das Ganze und gestaltest die Zukunft unseres Backoffice aktiv mit.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest gerne genau und gehst Aufgaben offen, proaktiv und vorausschauend an.

Wichtig sind uns

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Langjährige und fundierte Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Dienstleistungssektor
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise und Verantwortung für die Qualität der Dokumente (4\-Augen\-Prinzip)
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Empathie und adressatengerechte Kommunikation
  • Idealerweise zwischen 35 und 55 Jahre alt
