Emmentaler AOP steht für Schweizer Tradition, höchste Qualitätsansprüche und eine einzigartige Herstellungskultur. Als Sortenorganisation engagiert sich Emmentaler Switzerland für den Schutz, die Qualität und die Weiterentwicklung dieser traditionsreichen Käsespezialität.

Zur Führung des Bereichs Qualität \& Technik suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Qualität \& Technik und seiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Pflichtenhefts Emmentaler AOP und der geltenden Regelwerke
  • Verantwortung für Mengensteuerung, Qualitätsbeurteilungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Koordination des Inspektorats und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kontrollstellen
  • Überwachung der Rückverfolgbarkeit und des Einsatzes der Käsereimarken
  • Verantwortung für Produktions\- und Qualitätsreporting sowie Mitarbeit in Fachgremien
  • Leitung von Projekten und Zusammenarbeit mit Käsereien, Handelspartnern und Agroscope

IHR PROFIL

  • Käsermeister/in oder Ausbildung in der Milch\- bzw. Landwirtschaft mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Käsebranche, Qualitätssicherung oder Milchwirtschaft
  • Führungserfahrung, Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken, Zahlenflair und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösisch und Englisch von Vorteil
  • Gute Office\-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Reisetätigkeit
