  • ? Du übernimmst die Projektverantwortung für die internationale Implementierung von SmartRecruiters und dessen nachhaltiger Einbettung in der SAP SuccessFactors Landschaft.
  • ? Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem HR und Business entwickelst und verbesserst du die (Recruiting) Systeme und Prozesse.
  • ? Du stellst nach erfolgreicher Implementierung die Überführung ins Running Business sicher und kümmerst dich um das Release-, Incident- und Request-Management für den langfristigen Erfolg des Moduls.
  • ? Du setzt weitere Konzepte und Projekte im Bereich HR Applikationen / SAP SuccessFactors erfolgreich um und hast dabei immer den Kundennutzen und Impact im Fokus.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • ? Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit und konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR oder Recruiting sammeln.
  • ? Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung im Projekt-, Prozess- und Stakeholder-Management im internationalen Umfeld und kannst diese in hoher Eigenverantwortung vorantreiben.
  • - Eine Leidenschaft und hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung inklusive Konzeption, Systemeinführung und Entwicklung zeichnen dich aus.
  • ? Du kommunizierst fliessend in Englisch und hast gute Deutschkenntnisse. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
