Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Füllinsdorf suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter Import / Export / Zoll (m/w/d) -------------------------------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Datenerfassung mittels Datenübertragung
  • Abwicklung der Aufträge von A wie Auftrag erfassen bis Z wie Zollabfertigung
  • Zollabfertigung Export CH / Import CH \+ DE
  • Einholen von Instruktionen bei Kunden und Partner
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Frachtführer und Partner
  • Mithilfe bei der Fakturierung
  • Allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben und Mithilfe in der Büroorganisation
  • Unterstützung des Dispoleiters und des Teams

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/ im Bereich Spedition oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Zoll\- und Speditionsbereich Import / Export
  • Zollerfahrung zwingend (Zollabfertigung Import CH \& DE / Export CH)
  • Überwachung und Organisation sämtlicher Zollangelegenheiten
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenfokus
  • Verantwortung und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte Computerkenntnisse (MS Office), EDEC, ATLAS, PASSAR
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch\-/ ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
