Einleitung

Für unser Team von aktuell 6 Personen suchen wir eine vielseitige und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die als 'Allrounder' verschiedene Aufgabenbereiche miteinander verbindet und aktiv zum reibungslosen Ablauf unserer betrieblichen Prozesse beiträgt. Die Position umfasst Tätigkeiten in der Produktion, der Auftragsabwicklung sowie die Unterstützung bei weiteren organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Wir suchen eine flexible, mitdenkende Person, die gerne über den eigenen Aufgabenbereich hinausblickt, Prioritäten erkennt und dort anpackt, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird. Dabei sind Eigeninitiative, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben besonders wichtig. Das ist genau das, wonach du suchst? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung. Wir suchen ab dem 01.12.2026 Unterstützung in der Produktion sowie Auftragsabwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust und unterstützt die chemischen Produktionsabläufe und sorgst somit für einen reibungslosen Herstellungsprozess unserer Produkte.
  • Das Zusammenstellen, Prüfen und Vorbereiten (Kommissionierung) von Waren und Aufträgen für den Versand liegt ebenfalls in deinem täglichen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du behältst den Überblick der aktuellen Bestände und unterstützt bei Warenein- und Warenausgängen.
  • Die Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem, sowie die Pflege relevanter Daten übernimmst du verantwortungsvoll.
  • Im Laufe des Herstellungsprozesse erstellst und bearbeitest du die notwendigen Dokumente, Listen und Auswertungen mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word.
  • In einem kleinen Team kannst du dich direkt an der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen beteiligen und nimmst Einfluss auf dessen Wirksamkeit.
  • Eine sichere Kommnuikation auf Deutsch (min. Level C1) schließt dein Profil ab.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung im chemischen, technischen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Im Laufe deiner Berufserfahrung (ideal min. 2 Jahre) konntest du dir Kenntnisse im Bereich Chemie, chemischer Produktion oder chemienahen Tätigkeiten aneignen.
  • Das Fahren mit einem Gabelstapler und idealerweise auch eines LKW ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • In deiner täglichen Arbeit ist dir der Umgang mit dem PC und besonders mit den MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel und Word) bereits bestens vertraut.
  • Du bringst eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf.
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Produktionsabläufe einzuarbeiten, zeichnet dich aus.
  • Dazu bringst du Organisationstalent mit und findest Freude daran, praktische und administrative Aufgaben miteinander zu verbinden.
  • Abschließend bringst du dich mit Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch selbstständig anzupacken in unser kleines, aber feines Team individuell mit ein.
