Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung abwechslungsreicher Wohnportfolios als zentrale(r) Ansprechpartner(in) mit umfassender Objekt- und Performanceverantwortung – unter Berücksichtigung eines ESG-orientierten Investitionsansatzes
  • Proaktives Asset-Management mit Umsetzung strategischer Vorgaben, Entwicklung und Realisierung relevanter, werteorientierter Asset-Strategien (u.a. Flächenkonzepte, Repositionierungen, Marketing- und Vermietungsstrategien)
  • Mitwirkung an Ankaufsstrategien, Machbarkeitsanalysen und der Begleitung spannender Transaktionen inklusive Due Diligence und Bewertung
  • Verantwortung für Businesspläne, Budgetplanung und Controlling auf Objekt- und Portfolioebene sowie aktives Performance- und Risikomanagement
  • Steuerung von Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen sowie von Dienstleistern – von Vertragsverhandlungen bis zur Abnahme
  • Hauptverantwortung im Rahmen von Vermietungsaktivitäten inklusive Steuerung von Maklern und des Property Managements

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft oder fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management von Wohnimmobilien- oder WEG-Beständen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Handeln sowie Entscheidungsstärke
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit sowie selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise im Team
