Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prozessverantwortung für die Gebührenabrechnung der Gruppe (Rechnungsstellung, Freigabeprozess, Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und Buchhaltung)
  • Liquiditätsplanung und Forderungsmanagement für die Einzelgesellschaften der Gruppe
  • Konzerninterne Leistungsverrechnung zwischen und Abgrenzungen in den Gesellschaften der Gruppe
  • Monatliches Reporting der Einzelgesellschaften an die jeweilige Geschäftsführung
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetierung und Forecasting der Gruppe
  • Controlling-Partner für die Fachbereiche: Sie bauen gemeinsam mit ihnen Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Forecasts und Kostentransparenz auf
  • Weiterentwicklung und Aufbau der Deckungsbeitragsrechnung für die Gruppe und die Einzelgesellschaften
  • Aufbau und Durchführung der Fondskonsolidierung in LucaNet gemeinsam mit dem Team Lead
  • Prozessverbesserung, Automatisierung und KI-Einsatz: Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer eigenen Prozesse und wirken an Initiativen im gesamten Finanzbereich mit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Controlling oder Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung, zum Beispiel in der Finanz- oder Accounting-Beratung, im Controlling, in der Fondsadministration oder im Konzernrechnungswesen
  • Solides Buchhaltungsverständnis (Buchungslogik, Abgrenzungen, Intercompany) und Grundverständnis der Konsolidierung; Grundwissen zu Fondsstrukturen
  • Sehr sicher in Excel: Sie bauen Modelle, die andere weiterpflegen können; Erfahrung mit LucaNet, Workflow-Tools oder Dynamics 365 ist ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der Vereinfachung oder Automatisierung von Abläufen
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise; Ergebnisse und Dokumentation sind für Dritte nachvollziehbar und weiterverwendbar
  • Eigenständige Steuerung von Themen über Buchhaltung, Dienstleister und Fachbereiche hinweg bis zum Abschluss
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
