Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation, Analyse und Entwicklung von Projektpotenzialen – von der ersten Idee über Akquisition und Konzeption bis zur Realisierung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in frühen Projektphasen (insb. Machbarkeitsanalysen und Due Diligence) sowie Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Investitionen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Kosten, Termine und Qualität über den gesamten Projektverlauf hinweg
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Immobilienprojekte sowie Areal- und Quartiersentwicklungen
  • Führung, Steuerung und Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten (Planer, Behörden, ausführende Unternehmen) sowie zielgruppengerechte Abstimmung mit Investoren und Gremien
  • Organisation und Steuerung von Ausschreibungen, Vergaben sowie vertraglichen Grundlagen
  • Proaktives Risikomanagement und Reporting inklusive frühzeitiger Identifikation, Bewertung und Lösung von Herausforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Akquisition, Asset Management, Marketing und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Überführung der Projekte in Vermarktung, Betrieb und nachhaltige Nutzung

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte und nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung von Immobilien
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Immobilienprojekte über mehrere Projektphasen hinweg – idealerweise in der Bauherrenvertretung oder als Gesamtprojektleiter:in
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung großer sowie mehrerer paralleler Projekte und fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Planungs- und Baurecht sowie in relevanten SIA-Normen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und Durchhaltevermögen bei der Projektrealisierung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leidenschaft für Immobilienprojekte sowie pragmatische Lösungsorientierung
