Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenfunktion als Projektsteuerer
  • Unternehmerische, eigenverantwortliche vollumfängliche Begleitung der betreuten Bauvorhaben
  • Übernahme des Projektmanagements von anspruchsvollen Neubauprojekten des Wohnungs- und Gewerbebaus über alle Leistungsphasen mit Schwerpunkt in den LPH 5-9
  • Organisation, Leitung und Abwicklung von Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der technischen, terminlichen sowie wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen
  • Eigenständige Kommunikation der Projektinteressen gegenüber Ämtern und Behörden
  • Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Vergabe von Projektaufträgen mit Schwerpunkt GU-Aufträge
  • Regulierung und Kontrolle der Baustellen sowie professionelles Baumanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Koordination, Planung sowie Realisierung von Bauprojekten oder in einem verwandten Tätigkeitsfeld
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Bereich des Schlüsselfertigbaus sowie über alle Leistungsphasen sowie im Vertrags- und Vergaberecht (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
  • Reisebereitschaft, unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Souveränes Auftreten und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Selbständige, ökonomische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
