We're hiring a Sous Chef (First Chopper)! If you are fast, precise, and love a high-energy kitchen, we want you to anchor our prep line. We need someone with elite knife skills who take food safety seriously and thrives when the pressure is on.

Your Daily Hustle:

  • Master the Blade: Execute flawless, high-volume chopping, slicing, and dicing of meats, seafood, and produce to exact specifications.
  • Power the Station: Keep our all-day dining and specialty sections fully fueled with perfectly prepped, ready-to-go ingredients.
  • Guard the Kitchen: Keep your workstation pristine and strictly enforce food safety rules for labeling, storage, and stock rotation.
  • Protect the Yield: Use advanced cutting techniques to hit zero-waste goals, and jump in to assist with basic cooking tasks when needed.

Your Toolkit:

  • Proven experience handling the heat in high-volume commercial kitchens.
  • Top-tier knife proficiency with a deep understanding of product yields.
  • Solid mastery of FIFO rotation and strict food safety compliance.
  • The stamina to stay cool, calm, and incredibly fast during peak rushes.
  • A collaborative attitude and clear, proactive communication skills.
