Für unser Team in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektmanager (m/w/d), der uns im operativen Projektgeschäft unterstützt, Strukturen schafft und unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, Aufgaben zu verwalten: Du erkennst, wo es Optimierungspotenzial gibt, packst Themen selbstständig an und hilfst dabei, unsere Projekte und Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Operative Unterstützung und Steuerung laufender Projekte – von der Planung über die Koordination bis zur Umsetzung
  • Koordination von Aufgaben, Terminen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Ressourcen sowie Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen und offenen Punkten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektunterlagen, Dokumentationen und Statusberichten sowie Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Informationsflusses
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagements, einschließlich Standards, Dokumentation und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Projektteams und externen Partnern, um Projekte und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang sowie mindestens 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Projektkoordination und im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse, Strukturen und Zusammenhänge sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative: Themen werden selbstständig erkannt, angegangen und konsequent vorangetrieben
  • Organisationstalent, eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
