MEIN PROFIL - Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung EFZ im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär oder Elektro (HLKSE) - Alternativ eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik - Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudeunterhalt, Facility Management oder in der industriellen Instandhaltung - Technisches Verständnis für gebäudetechnische Anlagen und deren Steuerungen - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gebäudeleitsystemen von Vorteil - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse - Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Pikettdiensten - Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Belastbare, flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
