Position: Scaffolder

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures on various job sites across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scaffolding requirements
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety standards and company procedures
  • Ensure all scaffolding materials and equipment are in good working condition
  • Perform regular safety inspections and maintenance on scaffolding structures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
  • Communicate with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and address any concerns
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times
  • Keep accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment usage
  • Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder
  • Valid scaffolding certification or license
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work on various job sites across Sydney
