Vanuit onze vestiging in Zoutkamp werken we met een betrokken team aan kwaliteit, innovatie en groei.Wat ga je doen?Als HR Medewerker ben je de spil binnen de HR-afdeling. Je ondersteunt collega's en leidinggevenden, zorgt dat de personeelsadministratie op orde is en draagt bij aan een soepel verloop van alle HR-processen.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:Verzorgen van de personeelsadministratie (in-, door- en uitstroom).Opstellen van contracten en andere HR-documenten.Verwerken van HR- en salarismutaties.Ondersteunen van werving & selectie en het onboarden van nieuwe collega's.Beheren van verlof-, verzuim- en personeelsdossiers.Beantwoorden van HR-vragen van medewerkers.Voeren en ondersteunen van HR-gesprekken, zoals sollicitatie-, beoordelings-, verzuim- en exitgesprekken.Meedenken over verbeteringen van HR-processen en zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving.Je werkt samen met een enthousiast HR-team bestaande uit een HR-Manager, HR-Adviseur/Salarisadministrateur, twee personeelsplanners, een opleidingscoördinator en een Arbo Manager.Wie ben jij?Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en houdt ervan om mensen te ondersteunen.
