  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams to support hiring plans, new-hire readiness, and staffing risk mitigation.
  • Identify and respond to business continuity risks, coordinating operational response and escalation with relevant business partners.
  • Represent Enterprise Customer Service on the Manila leadership team and participate in cross-functional site initiatives.
  • Contribute to department objectives, priorities, policies, and procedures, and implement approved operational strategies.
  • Oversee risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance execution, including risk identification, escalation, and remediation.
  • Exercise independent judgment on time-sensitive operational and personnel matters within established policies and authority.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in leadership coaching, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance data, identify trends and risks, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and escalation judgment in time-sensitive operational environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of financial services and retirement services operations and their impact on customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work overnight hours in the Philippines to align with U.S. business hours and operate effectively in on-site and hybrid work environments.

What Will Set You Apart

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
