Título del Puesto/Posición: Recurso Preventivo (RP) de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) en Turno Noche (Torrelavega)

Proyecto: Planta de Biomasa de nueva construcción, en Torrelavega (Cantabria)

Responsabilidades/Funciones del puesto de trabajo:

• Presencia en obra durante el turno de noche para la supervisión y control de los trabajos desde el punto de vista preventivo.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad establecidas en el Plan de Seguridad y Salud, procedimientos de trabajo y evaluaciones de riesgos.

• Supervisar actividades de especial riesgo, incluyendo trabajos en altura, izados, espacios confinados, trabajos en caliente, energías peligrosas y otras actividades críticas.

• Comprobar la correcta aplicación de los permisos de trabajo y autorizaciones requeridas.

• Realizar inspecciones periódicas de seguridad, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo medidas correctoras inmediatas.

• Comunicar incidencias, actos inseguros y condiciones inseguras al responsable de HSE y a los responsables de obra.

• Realizar seguimiento de las acciones correctivas derivadas de inspecciones, observaciones e incidentes.

• Participar en reuniones de coordinación y toolbox talks cuando sea requerido.

• Mantener registros de las actividades de supervisión realizadas durante el turno.

•Colaborar en la investigación de incidentes, accidentes y near misses cuando proceda.

Formación académica requerida/mínima:

Grado Superior de PRL.

Formación complementaría requerida/mínima:

Curso de Nivel Básico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales de 60 horas.

Experiencia requerida:

Mínimo 1 año en obras industriales, construcción o actividades de supervisión preventiva.

MS Office (nivel usuario)

Lugar de trabajo:

Torrelavega (Cantabria)

Tipo de vacante:

Puesto ligado a la obra, con una duración estimada de 12 meses, con posibilidad de ampliar luego según cartera de proyectos de construcción y movilidad geográfica.

Turno de noche, de 18h a 5h. Se prevé que dure el turno de noche 5-6 meses y luego pase al turno de día.
