Detalhes: Missão do Cargo

Responsável pela contagem física, controle de estoque e movimentação de produtos mediante a retirada dos paletes de produtos e disponibilizando-os para os Ajudantes Internos e pelo armazenamento de paletes com vasilhames, paletes retornáveis e divisórias, nos locais próprios de armazenamento, por meio da utilização da empilhadeira seguindo as normas e políticas de segurança da empresa. Quando devidamente habilitado poderá acumulará a função de manobra interna dos caminhões.

Principais Atribuições

Garantir a retirada dos paletes de produtos e disponibilizando-os para os Ajudantes Internos, visando atender aos pedidos.

Assegurar o armazenamento de paletes com vasilhames, paletes retornáveis e divisórias, nos locais próprios de armazenamento, por meio da utilização da empilhadeira seguindo as normas e políticas de segurança da empresa, objetivando facilitar os carregamentos dos caminhões de puxada.

Assegurar a carga e descarga dos paletes do caminhão e armazená-los no estoque de produtos, mediante a disponibilização dos produtos mais antigos na frente da carga entregue de forma que os primeiros a chegar sejam os primeiros a sair (FIFO), a fim dos produtos com data de produção mais avançada saia para mercado mais cedo em detrimento dos mais novos.

Realizar diariamente o check-list da empilhadeira mantendo o equipamento em condições de uso e sinalizando a necessidade de manutenção.

Assegurar o abastecimento de gás GLP das empilhadeiras, somente quando for habilitado para esta prática, visando garantir a segurança do processo.

Realizar conferência dos produtos e materiais na entrada e saída dos veículos, efetuando os procedimentos operacionais pertinentes, visando certificar se o pedido esta em conformidade com a Nota Fiscal.

Conferir os vasilhames retornados nos veículos de rota, assegurando que o Motorista cumpra o procedimento de conferência, visando evitar diferenças de estoque.

Identificar e apontar diariamente as quebras em rota, pátio, troca e puxadas, de forma a garantir a acuracidade das informações de estoque.

Realizar contagem de inventário diário e mensal, conforme procedimentos pré-definidos, visando identificação e ação imediata quando eventuais distorções forem identificadas.

Contribuir com propostas de melhoria e com a execução das mesmas no que tange às atividades desenvolvidas, visando minimizar ou prevenir eventuais diferenças no processo de estoque.

Realizar manobra dos veículos internos, promovendo o posicionamento correto para fluidez do carregamento.

Contribuir com o bom estado dos caminhões, através da manutenção da limpeza dos veículos.

Orientar a correta distribuição das cargas sobre a carroceria, usando o equilíbrio entre os eixos e segurança da carga.

Contribuir com o processo de carregamento com separação e movimentação de produtos.

Promover e disseminar a cultura de SSMA buscando um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro baseado nas normas, diretrizes e procedimentos internos buscando sempre a conscientização e a prevenção dos risco

Ensino Médio Completo.
