Sobre a oportunidade

A empresa busca um(a) cirurgião-dentista para atuar na avaliação de pacientes, elaboração de planos de tratamento e apresentação de orçamentos, com maior foco em REABILITAÇÃO ORAL. A posição combina conhecimento clínico, comunicação e visão de negócio, com foco em recomendações transparentes e adequadas às necessidades de cada paciente.

Principais responsabilidades

Realizar avaliações odontológicas e compreender as necessidades e expectativas dos pacientes. Elaborar planejamentos odontológicos e orçamentos claros, considerando as prioridades clínicas e as alternativas de tratamento. Apresentar e explicar os planos propostos, esclarecendo dúvidas e conduzindo conversas de negociação com ética e transparência. Acompanhar a decisão dos pacientes e contribuir para uma experiência acolhedora e bem informada. Colaborar com a equipe para apoiar a organização do fluxo de avaliações e o alcance de objetivos da operação. Manter registros completos e organizados das avaliações, planejamentos e propostas apresentadas. Atuar com procedimentos odontológicos de acordo com a necessidade da clínica (procedimentos serão remunerados a parte).

Perfil e cultura

Buscamos uma pessoa com iniciativa, interesse por empreendedorismo e compreensão da dinâmica de negócios, que valorize resultados sustentáveis e atendimento responsável. A atuação deve equilibrar visão comercial com critérios clínicos. O dentista deve ter um foco no resultado financeiro, sem abrir mão da responsabilidade clínica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Graduação em Odontologia e registro ativo no CRO. Conhecimento para realizar avaliações odontológicas e elaborar planos de tratamento e orçamentos complexos. Habilidade para explicar alternativas, etapas e valores de forma clara e acessível, com habilidade de negociação (receberá treinamento). Disponibilidade para atuar de 4 a 6 dias por semana. Experiência inicial na área é bem-vinda; profissionais em início de carreira, preferencialmente com até 2 anos de formação, terão preferência.

Competências comportamentais

Comunicação empática, escuta ativa e habilidade de negociação. Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade no registro das informações. Iniciativa, adaptabilidade e disposição para aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades. Orientação a resultados com postura ética e foco nas necessidades do paciente. Interesse por empreendedorismo e por compreender aspectos comerciais da operação.
