Se você se gosta de desafios e quer fazer parte de um ambiente de aprendizado e crescimento contínuo, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!🚀📊Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo do Cargo: liderar a estratégia de Business Intelligence da organização, transformando dados em inteligência de negócios por meio da gestão de pessoas, processos e tecnologia, impulsionando decisões estratégicas, inovação e vantagem competitiva para a empresa.Principais atividades:

Liderar a área de Business Intelligence, garantindo a qualidade, confiabilidade e governança dos dados utilizados pela organização. Transformar dados em insights estratégicos, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a geração de valor para clientes e áreas internas. Gerenciar e desenvolver a equipe de BI, promovendo alta performance, inovação e excelência analítica. Estruturar e aprimorar processos, indicadores, pesquisas e modelos de análise, identificando oportunidades de melhoria contínua. Conduzir análises de desempenho, tendências e oportunidades de negócio, apoiando a construção de planos de ação estratégicos. Desenvolver relatórios executivos, dashboards e apresentações gerenciais para acompanhamento de resultados e tomada de decisão. Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de Operações, Comercial e Clientes, traduzindo dados em recomendações e direcionamentos para o negócio. Impulsionar a cultura orientada por dados, promovendo o uso de inteligência analítica como diferencial competitivo da organização.
