Colher assinaturas da Diretoria em Documentos diversos, conforme necessidade.Fazer cotação e acompanhamento de pagamentos junto à gráfica.Organizar reuniões para Diretoria. Organizar brindes de final de ano.Fazer a solicitação de café para copa, quando demandado.Agendar reuniões, enviando invite e fazendo a recepção dos participantes.Garantir a correta logística das salas, para evitar conflitos em reservas e utilização.Verificar e controlar assinatura eletrônica, nos documentos pertinentes a sua rotina.Controlar bloqueio de agenda da Diretoria.Recepcionar e direcionar atendimento telefônico destinado à Diretoria.Apoiar em atividades diversas, conforme necessidade e orientação do gestor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência anterior como Secretária Executiva, Secretária de Diretoria ou Assistente Executiva.Experiência em gestão de agendas de executivos, organização de viagens e reuniões corporativas.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Outlook, Excel e Teams.Familiaridade com sistemas corporativos de aprovação, pagamentos e reembolsos.Comunicação profissional, discrição no tratamento de informações confidenciais, organização e capacidade de administrar demandas simultâneasTer disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencialInformações adicionaisBenefícios · Assistência Médica Bradesco Saúde· Assistência Odontológica Bradesco Dental· Vale-refeição· Vale-transporte
