Objetivo do trabalho: Buscamos um profissional para manter a organização, a higiene e o bom funcionamento da copa e contribuir para o conforto de colaboradores, clientes e visitantes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Preparar e disponibilizar café, água, chá e demais bebidas, conforme os horários e padrões definidos pela Administração, garantindo qualidade, temperatura adequada e reposição ao longo do expediente.
  • Preparar o café da tarde no horário estabelecido e realizar a distribuição nos pontos definidos, verificando simultaneamente utensílios, organização e necessidade de reposição.
  • Realizar rondas periódicas nas copas, verificando limpeza, organização, abastecimento, lixeiras, bancadas, mesas, pias e condições gerais dos ambientes.
  • Manter as copas, bancadas, estantes e utensílios limpos e organizados, respeitando os horários estabelecidos para higienização e evitando interferências nos períodos de maior utilização.
  • Higienizar e organizar xícaras, copos, jarras, garrafas, bandejas, talheres e demais utensílios de copa, utilizando materiais limpos e adequados.
  • Abastecer e controlar os insumos de copa, como café, açúcar, adoçante, chá, água, guardanapos, descartáveis e demais materiais, comunicando antecipadamente a necessidade de reposição.
  • Zelar pela correta utilização, limpeza e conservação de cafeteiras, chaleiras, geladeiras, micro-ondas e demais equipamentos sob responsabilidade da copa.
  • Preparar bandejas e materiais necessários para reuniões, observando previamente as reservas e demandas programadas.
  • Atender solicitações realizadas pela Recepção e demais áreas, seguindo o fluxo definido para água, café e apoio às reuniões.
  • Dar suporte na organização de eventos internos, reuniões, treinamentos e ações corporativas, preparando e organizando os itens de copa necessários.
  • Apoiar na organização de coffee breaks, quando solicitado, incluindo montagem, reposição durante o evento e organização posterior.
  • Manter postura de cordialidade, discrição, higiene, organização e apresentação profissional durante todo o expediente.
  • Executar outras atividades relacionadas à copa e ao suporte administrativo/operacional, de acordo com as necessidades da empresa e orientações da liderança.

Qualificações:

  • Ensino fundamental completo; desejável ensino médio.

Experiências profissionais:

  • Experiência anterior na função de copeira, hotelaria ou atendimento executivo, será considerada um diferencial.

Conhecimentos e Habilidades:

  • Conhecimento básico de higiene, manipulação e conservação de alimentos e bebidas.
  • Conhecimento sobre limpeza, higienização e organização de copas, utensílios e equipamentos.
  • Habilidade no preparo e serviço de café, chá, água, lanches e demais itens de copa.
  • Conhecimento para utilização e conservação adequada de cafeteiras, chaleiras, micro-ondas, geladeiras e demais equipamentos.
  • Noções de segurança alimentar e prevenção de contaminação.
