L’établissement médico\- et psycho\-social BRU, accueillant 81 résidents, recherche dans le cadre de sa mission de réhabilitation psychosociale auprès de personnes souffrant d’un handicap psychique durable consécutif ou non à l’évolution d’une consommation chronique d’alcool un(e) :

INFIRMIER EN PSYCHIATRIE ADULTE (H/F)

Votre mission :

  • Contribuer au maintien de l’autonomie et au respect des droits fondamentaux du résident
  • Assurer un rôle de référent, participer à l’élaboration des projets de vie et assurer la qualité et la bonne application des soins aux résidents, dans le respect de la philosophie de l’établissement
  • Accompagner les résidents dans leurs habiletés quotidiennes, sociales et dans des activités s’inscrivant dans leur projet de vie, en tenant compte de leurs besoins et attentes
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives et budgétaires en lien avec les projets socio\-éducatifs et de réhabilitation
  • Assurer une activité de piquet

Votre profil :

  • Bachelor of Science HES\-SO en Soins infirmiers ou équivalent reconnu par la CRS
  • CAS en santé mentale et psychiatrie sociale ou titre jugé équivalent ; un atout
  • Connaissances du modèle de rétablissement et de ses outils (entr. motivationnel, ELADEB, AERES, plan de crise conjoint)
  • Expérience en santé mentale de 3 ans minimum
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, DIR/MobiDIR)
  • Résidence dans un périmètre de 50 km maximum, permis de conduire et véhicule privé
