Afin de renforcer notre équipe de soins et accompagnement du Myosotis, lieu de vie hypostimulant, nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir une

Auxiliaire de santé Croix\-Rouge avec intérêt pour la psychogériatrie à 70 %

Vos principales tâches :

  • vous encadrez et accompagnez les résidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne
  • vous collaborez à l’élaboration et à la réalisation des projets d’accompagnement des résidents et de leurs proches
  • vous créez un environnement chaleureux et favorable au bien\-être des résidents
  • vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du service et de l’équipe

Votre profil :

  • vous bénéficiez d’une formation d’auxiliaire de santé de la Croix\-Rouge ou d’une formation jugée équivalente
  • vous possédez une expérience minimale d'une année confirmée dans un EMS ou une structure similaire
  • vous avez un intérêt évident pour la personne âgée et la psychogériatrie
  • vous disposez d’une grande capacité d’adaptation et êtes apte à travailler au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • vous êtes orienté/e service et êtes doté/e d’un bon sens des relations humaines
  • vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit)
