  • Comfortable managing relationships with outside law firms, individual attorneys, and other external advisors.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and matters concurrently.
  • Ability to explain contractual and legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Reliable, accurate, and able to work independently with a continuous-improvement mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience gained through a contracts, procurement, or legal-support career path; formal legal qualification is not required.
  • Demonstrated ownership of customer-side agreements end to end, including NDAs, order forms, master services or subscription agreements, and associated schedules.
  • Experience negotiating vendor, supplier, or procurement agreements and managing renewals across a contract portfolio.
  • Experience acting as the primary commercial contact for a sales organisation in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
