Job Summary

You will report to the Director and lead interior design projects by collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver creative, feasible, and timely design solutions that meet client needs and enhance living spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Director to align design projects with company goals and client expectations
  • Consult with clients to gather detailed requirements on needs, preferences, budget, and space functionality
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and sketches to communicate ideas effectively
  • Produce technical drawings including floor plans and elevations, and create 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and AI-powered layout tools to support design accuracy
  • Prepare detailed client quotations covering materials, costs, and scope breakdowns to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and proper execution on site
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions
  • Independently manage project workflows, including supplier and site team follow-ups, to ensure smooth delivery

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or architectural industries
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and related design software
  • Strong project management skills demonstrated by handling client communication, design development, and project execution independently
  • Ability to prepare accurate client quotations including materials, costing, and scope details
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and passion for design
  • Effective time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficient communication skills in English to engage clients and stakeholders clearly and professionally

  • Creative design flair with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and proposals
