Dein zukünftiger Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Mitarbeit bei der Analyse der elektrischen und elektromechanischen Anforderungen
  • Pflege und Änderungsbearbeitung von Seriengeräten und Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Verkabelungskonzepten und Systementwürfen für Anlagen und Geräte, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Systementwicklung unter Einhaltung von Kundenspezifikationen und allg. Vorschriften wie beispielsweise EMV, VDE
  • Konstruktion von elektrischen Verbindungskomponenten, Verdrahtungsbaugruppen und Kabeln unter Berücksichtigung von elektrischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
  • Auswahl und Festlegung von Bauteilen, Werkstoffen und Fertigungsverfahren
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsergebnisse in Form von Zeichnungen, Übersichts- und Stromlaufplänen, Stücklisten und Liefervorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung technischer Reviews und Prüfung von Zeichnungssätzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Fertigung und Integration von Prototypen und Seriengeräten
  • Einfache Zuarbeiten bei der Kostenabschätzung und Terminplanung
  • Konstruktions- und Arbeitspaketverantwortung in Zeit, Kosten und Qualität

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossene Studium Maschinenbau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und elektrischen Konstruktion von mechatronischem Equipment, Geräten und Anlagen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der allgemeinen Konstruktions-, Technologie- und Prozessstandards
  • Sicherer Umgang mit E-CAD Tools (z.B. E-Plan, Mentor CHS)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Siemens NX, SAP ECTR und SAP PLM
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
