Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d) Mechatronik

Bei unserem namhaften Kunden im Raum Aalen/Oberkochen - einem führenden Unternehmen der Hightechindustrie - bietet sich diese einmalige Perspektive im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der Option auf Übernahme.

Dein zukünftiger Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Entwicklung, Bewertung und Dokumentation mechatronischer Systemkonzepte für Projektions- und Beleuchtungsoptiken in Mikrolithografiesystemen mit Schwerpunkt auf Dynamik und Regelungstechnik
  • Modellierung, Simulation und Analyse hochkomplexer mechatronischer Systeme sowie eigenständige Entwicklung und Bewertung von Regelalgorithmen für die schnelle und äußerst präzise Positionierung präzisionsmechanischer Komponenten
  • Ableitung von Spezifikationen und Budgets für Komponenten aus Ihren Ergebnissen
  • Sicherstellung der Realisierung und Erprobung von Prototypen sowie Auswertung der Testergebnisse
  • Seien Sie Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams und arbeiten Sie bei der Entwicklung eng mit Kunden (intern und extern) sowie Entwicklungspartnern zusammen

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Mechatronik (m/w/d), Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer mechatronischer Systeme, idealerweise in der Halbleiterindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Systemanalyse (Frequenz- und Zeitbereich) und der dynamischen Analyse mechanischer Systeme (MBS, FEM, Strukturdynamik, Modellierungsmethoden)
  • Erfahrung in der Validierung dynamischer Modelle sowie sehr gute MATLAB-Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in verwandten Disziplinen wie Aktuatoren/Sensoren, Thermodynamik, Strömungsmechanik, Optik sowie Systemtechnik
  • Eine selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise, sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in den Bereichen Entscheidungsfindung, Delegation, Stakeholder-Management und Förderung von Teammitgliedern
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
