kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter mit Kenntnissen in der Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d)

Unser Team im Personalwesen führt die Gehaltsabrechnungen durch und erstellt die benötigten Personalunterlagen.

Dein Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Du bereitest im Team die Gehaltsabrechnungen für alle Mitarbeitenden in der Gruppe vor und bist die kompetente Anlaufstelle bei allen abrechnungsrelevanten Themen.
  • Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Arbeitszeugnisse und weitere Personalunterlagen
  • Du kommunizierst mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und der Finanzverwaltung
  • Des Weiteren unterstützt Du unsere Buchhaltung, erstellst Angebote und Rechnungen
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau, Bürokauffrau, Lohnbuchalter, Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen in Personalbereich, Gehaltsabrechnung (ectool)
  • Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst die gängigen Softwaretools gut bedienen
