Job Title: Intelligent Automation Engineer Key Skills: UiPath, Power Automate, Agentic AI, Python, PowerShell, AI Automation Experience: 3+ YOE. Location: Peru. Mode: Remote.

We at Coforge are hiring Intelligent Automation Engineer (#006fu00000cVw6gAAC-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. · Build intelligent automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts and frameworks. · Develop automation scripts and reusable components using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies. · Integrate AI/ML models into automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI capabilities, or related platforms. · Analyze business processes and proactively identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability. · Gather, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders and internal clients. · Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices. · Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver continuous improvements and high-quality solutions. · Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of automation workflows. · Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices supporting automation deployment and lifecycle management. · Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. · Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate. · Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions. · Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar. · Strong understanding of automation frameworks, design patterns, and automation best practices. · Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. · Experience with UiPath AI Center for integrating Machine Learning models into automation workflows. · Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI integrations.

Preferred Skills · Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms. · Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. · Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations. · UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure certifications. · Experience building scalable intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments.
