En Coforge estamos buscando Líder Técnico Java (15051-2-7) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo.
  • Definir la arquitectura y estándares de desarrollo.
  • Participar en estimaciones, diseño de soluciones y revisiones de código.
  • Garantizar la calidad, seguridad y desempeño de las soluciones.
  • Coordinar con equipos de negocio, arquitectura y operaciones.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • +3 años de experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
  • Experiencia comprobada en el sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia con Java 11+.
  • Experiencia con Spring Boot.
  • Experiencia en Microservicios y APIs REST.
  • Conocimientos de SQL y bases de datos relacionales.
  • Experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Manejo de Git y CI/CD.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con áreas de negocio y stakeholders técnicos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en arquitectura basada en APIs.
  • Conocimiento del modelo BIAN y Service Domains.
  • Experiencia en banca digital, préstamos, pagos u Open Banking.
  • Experiencia en ambientes Cloud: Azure, AWS o GCP.
